Molly K. Heusinkveld

Molly K. Heusinkveld, Esq., is an estate planning attorney proudly serving the Coachella Valley, where she has called home since 2000. Molly raised her sons, Gavin and Aidan, here before meeting her husband, Jeff. Together, they blended their families and continued raising her sons alongside his daughter, Anna Marissa. Those experiences shaped Molly's deep appreciation for family, legacy, and the importance of planning for the future

Her passion for helping others began while working at an Alzheimer's and Dementia Care Center, where she witnessed firsthand the challenges families face when loved ones become vulnerable. Those experiences instilled in her a deep commitment to preserving the dignity, wishes, and rights of older adults and inspired a career dedicated to serving families during life's most meaningful and difficult moments.

After earning her Paralegal degree, Molly began her legal career in 2008 and spent nine years at a boutique trusts and estates firm, helping clients navigate estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters. She later joined the Riverside County District Attorney's Office and attended the California Desert Trial Academy, graduating at the top of her class while working as both a paralegal and law clerk.

Today, Molly has returned to her first professional passion and dedicates her practice exclusively to Estate Planning, Trust Administration, and Probate. She combines her legal experience with genuine compassion, guiding families with the same care and understanding she would want for her own.

Molly is a former member of the Warren Slaughter Richard Roemer American Inn of Court, reflecting her dedication to professionalism and excellence in the legal field.

A proud supporter of Veterans, Molly draws inspiration from her father, a Navy veteran, and her son, who serves on active duty in the United States Navy. She lives in Indio with her husband and their dog, Leo.
